My Night in City Chic with City Chic

This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner of City Chic, all the amazing City Chic buyers, and other great employees.  The girls at my store and I had such an amazing time.  My career goal is to become a fashion buyer so it was such a inspiring feeling to be in a room with people who have my dream job.  Everyone was great and willing to answer any questions we had.  The conversations I had with the buyers on how to get where they are was so informative. It felt like they were giving top secret fashion info.  Of course for the outfit everything was City Chic.  I knew I wanted to be colorful and fun to show my personality through my clothes, and also first impressions are key.   A great tip if your not in a colorful mood wear something bright it gives off a glow without you even trying.  I decided to wear a beautiful coral colored skater skirt called "Girly Fun".  This amazing skirt falls perfect on me allowing the whole outfit to flow instead of it being to short and making me appear unporpotioned, when I am not.  For my top I went with the City Chic Wild Child Top. This top is beautiful and had the fun aspect that I wanted and that was true to me.  The top and skirt worked great together because the skirt bought out the coral hues in the top.  I completed by look by added my GoJane Behind Bars Cut-Out Jazz Flats and keep the colors going by adding my Micheal Kors Fuchsia Selma Bag.  All in all it was a great bowling night with great people.
